The "Be Kind" CauseCollar is being offered by The Humane Society of the United States and The Friends of Amigo Foundation to promote a new national kindness campaign.
Proceeds from the sale of the "Be Kind" CauseCollars will support The
Humane Society of the United States’ Companion Animal programs. But in
the wake of devastating Hurricane Katrina, proceeds of sales through
September 30, 2005 will be directed to our Disaster Services program, to
assist the animal victims of Katrina and other disasters.
The blue and brown CauseCollar™ is the first-ever dog accessory collar
fashioned after the popular "message" bracelets for people. Imprinted
with the slogan—"Be Kind"—the CauseCollar is made of silicone with a
buckle closure. The 24-inch collar can be cut easily to fit any size
dog.
